I will fear no evil, for you are with me.

Dear Church, Man, what a week!! As we all breath a collective sigh of relief, it's still hard to enjoy the gorgeous day outside, knowing that so many are still suffering. Our hearts are still grieved and we pray for the Lord to minister at the deepest level imaginable.

As evil struck terror into our hearts this week, the Scripture passage I kept coming back to all week is Psalm 23. I don't know about you, but I felt like a sheep this week. But Scripture tells us there's nothing wrong with being a sheep, if you're following the Good Shepherd, Jesus. Even when He leads me through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for He is with me.

Join us tomorrow as we pray for our city, worship our Savior, and celebrate Christ's triumph over death, sin, and evil.

Praying for you, Pastor Jan

P.S. It's still not too late to sign up for next week's retreat (April 26-27). The theme for the retreat will be "Experiencing God." Click here to sign up.
